Departing from Mayfield School, Hensingham, Whitehaven on Sat 6th June 2009.  Please turn up at Mayfield School for a prompt 5:30am departure.

Returning from Edinburgh at approx 10:30am on Sun 7th June 2009.

Our 5 star hostel is located in the heart of the city, just a few minutes walk from Princes Street and the Royal Mile. Top attractions include the Royal Botanic Gardens, the Scottish Parliament, Arthur’s Seat, Edinburgh Castle, the Fringe Festival … to name but a few. Our hostel is stylish, modern and well equipped to suit the needs of single travellers, families and larger groups. Bedrooms range from single and twin through to 8-bedded rooms and all are en-suite. A licensed café and restaurant and self-catering facilities are available, giving plenty of choice for any budget.

A coach is booked to transport all riders for the return journey from Edinburgh.  Two vans will be available as support for riders on the day of the ride and will be used to transport cycles when returning on Sunday 7th.
